  • Order cancelled before dispatch.

  • Items purchased using referral credits.
  • Digital/downloadable products.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund processed after product inspection.
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund sent to original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our mistake.
