1. Return Window
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Used personal care or hygiene products.
- Digital/downloadable goods.
- Items purchased using referral credits or cashback.
4. Return Process
- Email us with Order ID and reason.
- Attach photo evidence if damaged.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the product to provided address.
5. Return Shipping Charges
If return is due to our mistake, we cover shipping. Otherwise, customer pays shipping.
6. Refund After Return
Refund processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
