1. Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
• You received the wrong item.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
• Opened or used personal care and hygiene products.
• Digital/downloadable goods.
• Items purchased using referral credits or cashback.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@thedesiremall.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Attach photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Wait for our approval and instructions on how to return the item.
4. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.

5. Return Shipping Charges

- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping. - If it’s a voluntary return, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Refund After Return

After the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
