1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or external issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 or COD may have shipping charges shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
After shipping, tracking details will be sent via email/SMS. You can also track from your dashboard.
5. Delivery Attempts
Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.
6. Packaging
All items are securely packed. Do not accept tampered packages.
